We make lapel pins, keychains, fridge magnets, pet ID tags, medals, coins, luggage tags and golf accessories for promotional distributors, souvenir retailers and brand owners who need a factory that will redraw the artwork, prove it on a physical sample and produce the run on time.
Metal and soft PVC lines are produced in the same plant, which is why a mixed order of pins, keyrings, magnets and medals can be proofed together and shipped together instead of arriving from four suppliers on four dates.
Every item below is produced to your own artwork. Sizes and materials shown are the specification the product is normally made to.

One factory behind a mixed-category order book
Destination ranges that hold together on the shelf
Course gifts that survive a season of play
ID tags built for engraving and for wear
Medals delivered before the finish line
Campaign symbols produced to an exact colour
Awards, events and campaigns have fixed dates. Samples run in 3-5 days and bulk in 10-15 days, so the schedule can be worked backwards from the date instead of hoped at.
Enamel and moulded colour are mixed to the Pantone reference you supply, and the approved physical sample is kept as the reference for every reorder.
There is no fixed minimum order quantity, so a launch run, a top-up run and a repeat order are all quoted the same way.

The process is chosen after the artwork is seen, not before it. Line weight, relief depth and the intended use decide whether a piece is stamped, cast, etched or printed.
| Cloisonne / Hard Enamel | High temperature resistance, never fades, high collectible value. |
|---|---|
| Imitation Hard Enamel | Brass or zinc alloy. Fine surface, paint and metal lines finish flat. |
| Soft Enamel | Iron, brass or zinc alloy. Recessed colour with raised metal lines. Adding an epoxy coat makes the surface flat and smooth. |
| Offset Printed | Copper, stainless iron or aluminium. Four-colour printing, gradient colour effect. |
| Silk Screen Printed | Printed one colour at a time with overprinting, giving clean solid colours. |
| Photo Etched | Bronze. Thinner body, shallow relief, wider metal lines. |
| Die Stamped | Iron, bronze or aluminium. Clearly raised and recessed surface. |
| Die Casted | Zinc alloy. Suited to 3D shapes, larger sizes and thicker bodies. |
Any of these can be applied to the same tooling, so one die can produce a bright range and an antique range without a second set of costs.
Four routes through the factory, depending on whether the question is about process, material, finish or quantity.
