What we make
Five porcelain insulator families, one plant, one quality system
From a 70 kN cap-and-pin suspension disc on a transmission tower down to a 10 kN shackle on a service drop, the parts that hold a conductor away from steel all come off the same lines in Pingxiang. That is what lets a utility standardise across voltage levels instead of managing five suppliers.

Four kinds of line, four different problems

Transmission lines are built once and maintained for thirty years, so the insulator decision is really a maintenance decision taken decades in advance.
Who we serve
A distribution network is thousands of identical decisions repeated across a service area. The unit price matters, but the failure rate multiplied by the truck roll matters more.
Who we serve
Rural electrification is a logistics problem wearing an engineering hat. The parts are small and cheap, the quantities are enormous, and the programme stalls when a store cannot issue the right size.
Who we serve
Pollution does not break an insulator, it shortens the path across it. Salt, cement dust and fertiliser all do the same thing differently, and the selection has to start from the site, not the catalogue.
Who we serveWhat problem we solve
The insulator is cheap. Everything around its failure is not.
A batch that does not match the string
Mixed coupling sizes stop a stringing crew on the tower. We gauge coupling dimensions rather than eyeball them, and we supply the same 70 kN disc in both 16 mm and 16C couplings so a network can standardise electrically without forcing one coupling on every contractor.
Failures that hide until they are expensive
A pin insulator that punctures instead of flashing over destroys the pin and the crossarm and leaves a fault invisible from the ground. Our P-6T publishes a 95 kV power frequency puncture voltage against a 30 kV wet withstand: it is built to flash over externally first.
Quality that drifts across a long order
Robotic shaping and computer-controlled kiln firing remove the hand-work that causes scatter in porcelain. Sensors feed every step into a central MES and deviations are corrected while the batch is still running, holding defect rates below 0.1 %.
Paperwork that does not match the pallet
Project acceptance is a documentation exercise. Every batch ships with quality certificates, material certificates and test reports, and we support IEC, ANSI, CE and CCC certification applications with the technical data behind them.
Porcelain that arrives cracked
Shockproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion packing designed for insulators, on pallets labelled by type and batch, with door-to-door delivery including customs clearance and real-time tracking.
A supplier who disappears after the invoice
Comprehensive warranty with unconditional replacement or repair of manufacturing defects, engineers sent on site for installation and construction guidance on large projects, and a 24/7 after-sales hotline behind it.
How we work with you
Services that sit either side of the production run

Most insulator problems are selection problems that arrived dressed as quality problems. The cheapest place to fix them is before the purchase order.
What we do
A brand or distributor does not need a factory. It needs a factory that will run its part number on the same line, and to the same quality system, as everything else.
What we do
Project acceptance is a documentation exercise. If the paperwork does not match the pallet, the pallet does not get accepted, whatever the porcelain is like.
What we do
Porcelain that arrives cracked is not a quality problem, it is a packing problem. Both are ours to solve, and so is what happens years after the line is energised.
What we doTrusted by
Utilities on four continents
We have completed product supply for projects across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa, and we are actively developing new markets.

The material fully complies with the tender specifications, technical drawings, and the approved sample (as verified by the engineering team). The user is satisfied with their standard pallet packaging, and the goods consistently meet the required delivery timelines.
REB
We are highly satisfied with the products installed in our system, as well as their top-tier after-sales service. Jiangxi Baolifeng Electric Co., Ltd. attaches paramount importance to contract compliance, quantity accuracy, quality consistency and on-time delivery, upholding rigorous standards in every aspect of cooperation.
EDC
All deliveries were completed punctually, fully adhering to the required technical specifications and quality standards. These products have been successfully applied in our high-voltage transmission projects and have demonstrated consistent reliability under actual operational conditions.

What the utilities said afterwards

Rural electrification tenders are won on compliance and kept on delivery. The material has to match the tender specification, the technical drawings and the approved sample at the same time, and it has to keep arriving on schedule while the programme is building.
Read the reference
A national distribution utility buys the relationship as much as the part. Contract compliance, quantity accuracy, quality consistency and on-time delivery are four separate promises, and suppliers usually keep three of them.
Read the reference
On a transmission project the insulator is proven twice: once against the specification at acceptance, and again years later under real operating conditions. The second test is the one that matters.

About Baolifeng
What does Baolifeng actually manufacture?
Porcelain insulators, toughened glass insulators, surge arresters, fuse cutouts and bushings. The range detailed on this site is our porcelain line: suspension discs, pin type, line post, spool and shackle insulators.
Where are the insulators made?
At our own plant in Luxi County Industrial Park, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. Body preparation, forming, firing, cementing, routine load testing and packing all happen on site.
What production capacity do you have?
A yearly production capacity of more than two million insulators, on automated lines sized for national and regional grid construction.
Which markets do you supply?
Products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions, with projects completed across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa, for more than 100 clients.
Can you produce to our drawing?
Yes. We run OEM production to your design and specifications, ODM covering design, production and branding, and small-batch non-standard production under the same quality control as mass production.
Send us the line, not just the part number
Line voltage, pollution class, altitude, tower type and quantity are enough for our engineers to come back with a selection and a delivered price.
