Why Buyers Come to a Workshop Instead of a Catalogue
Catalogue suppliers sell the shapes they are already tooled for. That is fine until the landscape drawing calls for a diameter that is not 1000 or 1500 mm, or the lobby wall needs a panel wider than the standard panel, or the client wants a plated colour rather than a mirror. Then the specification quietly bends to fit what is available. We work the other way round: the drawing is confirmed and archived first and the workshop follows it.
- Your drawing becomes the archived reference and production follows it, not a verbal brief
- A physical model is approved before the full piece is cut, so surprises happen while they are cheap
- Welds are ground back flush before polishing so no seam line reads through a mirror surface
- One workshop handles forming, welding, grinding, finishing and packing rather than subcontracting stages
- Three shipping routes quoted against your installation date rather than one default option
Four Stages From Confirmed Drawing to Finished Surface
The four production stages below are the same for a tabletop piece and for a 1500 mm garden sphere. Nothing goes into production until the drawing is archived and the model is approved.
Drawing Confirmation
You issue the conceptual or effect drawing with specifications dimensions and materials. Both sides confirm it, the drawing is archived, and production follows that archived file rather than anybody's memory of the conversation.
Model Making
We make a model first so you can judge the shape and the appearance and ask for modifications while changes are still cheap.
Sculpture Production
The final prototype fixes the shape and the work in progress is repeatedly compared against that model through cutting forming welding and grinding.
Surface Treatment
You either take the raw colour of the material or specify the colour, and we build the finish to that requirement using one of our six surface treatments.

Do you build from my own drawing
Yes. We make modern abstract stainless steel sculpture following customers' pictures, designs and sizes, and we also develop custom designs and sizes from a brief.
What material do you work in
Stainless steel 304 and 316. The surface is treated, ground and polished so it does not fade easily and stays bright after weathering wind and rain.
What finishes can I choose
Mirror polished, raw finish, brushed, sandblasted, electroplated and spray painting colour.
Do I see the piece before it is finished
A model is made first so you can confirm the shape and appearance and propose modifications before full production.
How large can a sphere be
1000 mm and 1500 mm diameter garden spheres are the sizes we build most often, and any other size is made to your drawing.
How is the work shipped
Air express in about 5 to 8 days, bulk air freight in about 5 days to your airport, or sea freight in 15 to 45 days to your local customs.
