Stop an Impaired Driver Before the Shift Starts
ALCOKSON builds fuel cell breath alcohol testers, mounted screening terminals and vehicle alcohol interlocks in Shenzhen for fleets, industrial sites and road safety agencies.
Three Ranges Built Around Where the Test Happens
Fuel cell breath alcohol testers you hold in one hand, mounted screening terminals that also read faces and body temperature, and vehicle alcohol interlocks that hold the start circuit. Eight models across three ranges, built by Springsky Industrial Ltd in Dongguan and sold as ALCOKSON.

Handheld Breath Alcohol Testers
Battery powered fuel cell testers for the moment a person walks up to a gate and somebody has to decide whether they start the shift.

Alcohol Screening Terminals
Wall mounted alcohol screening terminals for automated identity verification and test recording at site entrances without an operator present.

Alcohol Interlocks
Vehicle alcohol interlocks that prevent a vehicle from starting if the driver is above the legal limit, with a fuel cell sensor that ensures the result is defensible at audit or in dispute.

Eight models, all fuel cell. Handhelds for a person standing at the gate, mounted terminals for a door with nobody at it, and interlocks for a vehicle that has to refuse to start.

Read the sector page →A Reading Is Only Useful if It Survives the Argument
A screening result only helps if it holds up afterwards. Semiconductor testers drift, react to acetone, tobacco smoke and fuel vapour, and usually cannot be recalibrated at all, so a positive reading turns into an argument. Every ALCOKSON instrument uses a fuel cell sensor and carries a stated recalibration interval, so the reading and the record behind it can be defended.
- Fuel cell sensors respond to ethanol rather than to acetone tobacco smoke or fuel vapour
- Recalibration stated as 500 tests or 1 year on handhelds and 12 months on interlocks
- Alarm point preset at the service centre to 0.02 0.05 or 0.08 percent for your market
- Terminals keep 20000 test records so a result can be retrieved months later
- Interlocks hold the start circuit when no supervisor is present at all
You Are Buying From the People Who Build the Unit
Springsky Industrial Ltd began as a research division in 2010 with the mandate to develop technology that would prevent traffic accidents caused by drunk drivers, and built its factory in Dongguan in 2013. The company works with HKUST and CAS. You buy from the manufacturer, so the answer on configuration, alarm point and calibration comes from the people who build the unit.
From Power On to a Result You Can File
10 to 15 seconds from power on before the unit accepts a blow.
About 6 seconds at roughly 10 L/min through a fresh mouthpiece.
Result on the 4 digit LCD in under 10 seconds, in extended accuracy format.
Audible alert and LCD colour change above the alarm point, HI above the range.
Handhelds keep the last 5 records and a test counter; terminals keep 20000.
