links to be fitted when it is necessary to disconnect the measuring instrument from the transformer without damage
to the CT, or for easier termination to ground of the CT

What is the burden and why do you ask for it
The burden is the total termination impedance seen by the transformer: the measuring instrument, the connecting leads and the winding itself. Accuracy class cannot be guaranteed without it, and long lead runs add resistance that has to be counted.
