Start with the assembly. The hardware is the easy part; the assembly is where most installation problems start. Match glass thickness, door weight, use frequency and finish to the product family. Then check the load and cycle ratings against the application — a hotel lobby is a different environment to a residential bathroom, and the hardware should reflect that.
