The patch pages ask for a custom logo or design. A vector file or a sharp bitmap at the finished size avoids a second sample. State the finished size. One badge page shows an example size of 3.94 by 3.94 inch; other pages say customized size.
One page limits color to 9C and embroidered area to 30, 50, 75, or 100 percent. Metallic thread, chenille, 3D cubic stuffing, laser hollow-out, loop, and eyelet are named as special methods on the iron-on clothing-patch page.
Usage fields on the patch pages include garments, uniforms, pants, caps, bags, hats, and shoes. Backing and border should follow the garment, not the other way around.
Chemical embroidery motifs (neck lace collars and appliques) list MOQ 500 pieces and more than 300 designs available. Do not apply the 50-piece patch MOQ to a motif RFQ.
