How to identify a fast charger
A fast charger is identified by protocol marks and wattage, not by a brand name on the shell. Look for Power Delivery or PD, Quick Charge or QC with a version number, and a wattage of about 20 W or higher for modern phones. Confirm CE, FCC, or the mark your market actually requires.
On FUMEI cards those marks appear as PD20W, PD30W, QC18W, and higher multi-port totals. A 5 V / 2.4 A dual-USB car charger is a standard USB unit, not a PD fast charger, and is listed separately in the car series.
