Precision Wire-cut EDM Vise Fine Adjustment Manual Type 7054
Features:
- Precision wire cutting EDM vise is used in conjunction with high precision accessory;
- Property of stainless steel, treated by casting, vacuum heating and deep cryogenic forming and finished grinding molding, finally the vise with good stability, good rigid without deformation;
- The alignment can be done on horizontal and parallel both sides along X, Y, Z three axis to reduce work piece positioning correction time, result in the in creasing of machine working efficiency;
Jaw angle is using a special cross-eyes design, with strongly clamping, not upturned, high water resistance against high flushing pressure;
Additional option is provided to work with precision vises to clamp round work piece to increase the vise using rate;
Recommended maximum load capacity of 10kg.
